This PT Online block of 5 sessions will be focused on keeping a weekly routine going thus helping you motivated enough to start training on your own once a week. Great results come with effort and consistency.
I will write you a comprehensive exercise program customised to your needs and abilities. You will also get a 7-day delicious diet plan which is a step-by-step recipe food guide that will ensure that you eat well too.
