1 Session PT Online
The PT online sessions will be focused on keeping you highly motivated to get you up and going. I will design an exercise routine customised to your needs and abilities. You will also get a food guide that will ensure that you eat well without compromising on your eating habit, weight and health targets. (5 or 12 sessions only).
I will have a selection of effective exercises and stretches that will ensure that this, maybe your first taster session is not only memorable but you are ready to book the 5 or even 12 pack.
